Damm, among the world’s top 100 companies contributing to open innovation

Damm has been recognized at the Corporate Startup Stars Awards 2025, held yesterday in Paris, as one of the most outstanding companies worldwide in innovation. In addition to being included in the global ranking of the 100 corporations that most promote open innovation—compiled by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Mind the Bridge—the company also received a special mention from the jury for its intrapreneurship program LAB1876 Talent, an initiative that fosters creativity and the generation of new solutions from within the organization.
Damm is the only Spanish company in the food and beverage sector featured in this international ranking, which for the past 10 years has annually recognized corporations that excel in collaboration with startups, driving innovation, and transformation capability.
With this international recognition, Damm reaffirms its commitment to an innovation model that combines internal talent, collaboration with startups, and the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence. The distinction obtained at the CSS 2025 validates the maturity of the LAB1876 Talent program and strengthens the company’s commitment to continue promoting projects capable of generating sustainable long-term value.
