Intrapreneurship
The intrapreneurship program embraces all the internal organization talent. Its objective is to design disruptive solutions that respond to the strategic challenges of the organization, and promote the culture of innovation.
Participants experience a whole innovation journey, going through the different phases of the creative process over a 6 months period.
The winning teams travel to Silicon Valley at the end of this cycle, to continue developing their projects and soak up the entrepreneurial and innovative culture of that region.

The LAB1876 Challenges program is based on launching strategic challenges for the organization, as well as for the industry, to find solutions with high added value through collaborations with corporations, universities, startups and other agents in the innovation ecosystem.
Since 2021, the company has participated in the HORECA Challenge, together with Bodegas Torres, MediaPro, and Pepsico, with the aim of promoting innovative projects in the field of hospitality.
In 2022, along with Festival Cruïlla, an innovation challenge was launched to make festivals 100% sustainable: the Sustainable Festival Challenge.
At the beginning of 2023, LAB1876 has organized the first sole call to startups, the Business Impact Challenge, which seeks solutions for a more efficient business.
